1. Go to Google Docs website and sign-in to see Google Docs applet.

2. Click on the Upload button on left panel.

3. Select the files which you want to upload and click on Start Upload.

4. After the file/files are uploaded, click on Back to Google Docs link.

5. Now select the files which you want to share by ticking the checkbox in front of the files and click on Share and Invite Friends.

6. Now enter the email address of recipients you want to share your files with and hit Send.
