Google Chrome OS tablet: November 26 launch

Google is paving its way into launching its elegant look Chrome OS tablet on Verizon’s network on November 26 known as Black Friday, the hottest shopping day of the year.



According to Download Squad, HTC is building the tablet right now for Google and Verizon and its launch price will be much lower than the iPad.


Google Chrome OS Tablet features

  • Supports eminent hardware and really good software support.
  • Powered with Nvidia’s Tegra 2 platform.
  • 10.1 inch multi-touch display and resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
  • 2 GB RAM and a 32 GB internal SSD memory.
  • Offers webcam and GPS with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity.

Google is bringing its tablet into competition with Windows 7 tablet with its Chrome based OS while other Android based tablets will have to compete with the Apple iPad.
