When you open explorer in Windows 7 the first thing you will notice is the Favorite on the left hand side of the explorer window. There are some items already added by Microsoft by default like Desktop, Downloads & Recent Places. You can add items , you favorite folders in the Favorite section .
Adding Folder to Favorite
1. Open explorer window in Windows 7.
2. Open the folder that you visit often.
3. Right click on Favorite and click on Add to favorite.
That´s all. Now you can add you most visited folders to Favorite and get a quick access to that folder.
