Every one in the world is having a Facebook account. When you update your status it is available to every one in your Friend list. There are times when you don't want to share your status with some of your friends, you can actually hide your status.
Hiding Facebook Status
1. Log on to your Facebook account and write the status in the text field.
2. Click on the security lock icon just bellow your status field and a drop down menu will appear
3. Under the section Hide This from, enter the names of the friends, from whom you want to hide your status update.
4. Click on Save setting.
That's all. Now when you will share your update it will not show to the friends that you have selected. Make share you have saved your setting before you share your update and this is just for one time, you need to change the setting before you share any thing other.
