It not only manages your download but also warns your about the infected files. You can very easily pause, restart, open file or take other action using IE9.
Using Download Manager in IE9
1. Open Internet Explorer 9.
2. Click on Tools icon (ALT+X) and now click on View Download(ALT+J)
3. A window will pop up showing all you downloads.
