Google acquires Slide, moving ahead with social gaming site

Google has recently taken over social application company named Slide, in an effort to improve Google's presence socially.

Google has recently announced the acquisition in an Official Google blog post published earlier today. Google is slowly expanding its presence on “Social gaming” also. Google has invested in another highly popular company called Zynga which will make the presence of Google Games, expected to launch at the end of 2010.
